SCOPE

Born in PNG I was raised in Melbourne with football, boy scouts and sun burnt summers camping along wild coasts. At home in country towns I spent a lot of time in nature, riding bikes, climbing trees and hiking across wilderness. After secondary college I successfully completed an Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship (Airframe/Engines) at R.M.I.T. Disillusioned by negative social imbalances I rebelled. Falling in love with surfing, which led to snowboarding, mountains became my solace. Moving to Falls Creek in '91, I followed a passion for snow seasons that took me all around the globe chasing epic moments. Working a myriad of jobs and earning sponsorship promoting epic products and travel. I learned to skateboard as an adult and became fascinated by everything that helps people achieve higher balance and a positive outlook on life. I modelled for photos, produced magazine articles and shared story. At the turn of millennium I started Epicscope to produce various media as a company. Our premier production was a storybook titled EPIC 'poetry for the people'. Which campaigned for epic terrain parks for snow, dirt and concrete. From this the dream continues to grow. I believe Balance will become prevalent in schools on par with Sciences and Humanities. Balanced People = Balanced Earth. As a maintenance engineer I vision a future for Terrain Parks evolving toward Geo Thermally Refrigerated Snow Halfpipe Stadiums along side Epic Wave Pools arenas in major urban centres.
